Old stealth ebay accounts, can they still be used?

Hi, I have around 20 stealth eBay that are still up and running and have a lot of feedbacks, I was wondering if there is any way that I can still use them? Some of them were MP ready and has payoneer linked but I remember that eBay started asking me to send documents regards to eBay and Bank, however they didn't accepted documents, I heard they totally disallowed payoneer (not sure if this is true) , anyways I was wondering if there are people out there who can help me setup my accounts again as I want to get back to selling. Thank you

What country are they registered in?

those were US acccounts

Not possible now, especially if you reach $600 sales. The identity must be real or it will ask for ID and a signed w9 form

what is the alternative these days to get back to ebay? I'm from philippines and not a us resident

LLC based accounts seem to be the way to go now.

Why the absolute need to use US-based account?
