Can i use a uk paypal stealth in italy

Hi, if i buy an uk stealth paypal from here then can i use it in italy for receiving and buying?
Would paypal friends and family work without fees if someone from europe will give me money in this uk account?

You can use it but sending money to another account to withdraw will lead both accounts to be limited.
You will need a US or UK bank account to get your money.
Why not using an Italian one?

I don't see italian accounts sold here, i don't need to withdraw money only receiving money and buying digital goods

How did you come to this conclusion?
That sending money to qnother qccount for withdrawal will lead to both accounts getting limited.
