I have never faced such problem before, I got a payment today for 200$ and I tried to withdraw it to card with instant transfer. Firstly it said my transfer will be on hold for 24 hours, then I got an email in 1-2 minutes that my transfer is declined and got the tpyical softban message about we cant do this right now bla bla bla, should I drop that paypal? Its romanian paypal tho

is this your first time transferring instantly ? Have you tried to transfer with you bank instead?? 1-3 days ?? Sometimes the instant feature you have to take it slower.
No, i have had few payments already and withdraws too also had the 72h holds, it was no holds on past few withdraws which are 100-200$ each. I just got it out of nowhere. Also no, I can't do bank withdraw its just card one, I don't have bank for romania.
I recommend adding a secondary card and trying that one for instant transfer. That has worked for me. As-well as regular Bank withdrawals.
