Paypal Instant Transfer Only

So i am seeing on a lot of accounts where i did not confirm the info... aka add a ssn. or confirm EIN etc... They are only giving me the option to instant transfer... if i click standard. it gives me an error.. something like. can't do that right now or something. I forget.

I am not sure if instant transfer works... because i am not paying them a fee for a instant transfer when i have a bank on file..... Not sure i f they trying to manipulate people into using instant transfer... or if it's just a bug when you switch.

But. i found a fix
