When I try to register I get this error, does that mean the IP is blacklisted or used by someone else? Its really weird because its at my other house real IP from internet provider. And on a laptop which I never registered eBay in the past. However I do have same wifi on my phone with another eBay account, but I never logged into it, it wasnt logged out for months.

Been getting those lately. Not sure if it comes down to the information being signed up with. Some accounts go through and others get that message regardless of browser or IP source.

Its a glitch, started happening the same day ebay’s servers had issues

Its their servers having issues

Give it 5/6 days and it should clear up

Try registering using Google or Facebook, it works.

It’s still happening, it started when eBay redesigned the selling/payments tab. Every time they change something problems start. The only way around it is to sign up with google or Facebook

You can use "continue with google" and it will pass.

Usually we switch browsers, refresh, wait. That makes some glitches to pass
