ebay removes my item and tells me they won't remove if I become a business seller

I have sold the same supplement too many times like other sellers but last week all of a sudden ebay removed my item. I asked the helpdesk and they told me they won't remove it if I become a business seller like other sellers.

This doesn't make sense. I relisted the item and after selling 4 times they removed it again.
This is ridiculous.

Any solution to protect my listing from not being removed?

Seems pretty straight forward, upgrade your account to a business, you are running a business after all, and your account will be good to go.

It's a case of upgrade or dont sell on Ebay - I don't see a problem here - am I missing something?
