Does ebay require proof of business when setup as business seller?

Hi,

I wonder does ebay request proof of business?

I have a legit business setup under my name but the ebay account is under the name of my husband because one of my ebay accounts has been closed before christmas last year when it was new created. Others of mine are active.

I wonder if I should better assign the ebay business account in my name in case they will ever ask me for a proof of business. Its an account in Ireland. Same rules like for the UK I guess.

i have never had ebay check anything, paypal will if you go too fast.
