Where are the unlimited categories?

Previously, ebay had categories without limits, that is, I could register a new account and sell for 5000-10000 dollars in the first month. Now I can't do it. Have these categories changed or been removed altogether?

Probably changed rather than removed

Create more accounts and spread sales then you don’t have to worry about limits
