Second eBay MP account opening?

Hi guys, if you already have an MP account that is working fine etc which is under your real details, can you open a second account with the same info to pass or do you have to change something for stealth purposes?

But if we use a different address the ID/credit check won't complete?

second account with completely identical details is not a problem , the number of accounts is not limited. only email must be different

I agree with this statement. You have to think eBay can suspend your account at any time if one goes down they will all go down trust me I’ve had multiple accounts in same name thinking if one goes down
“It don’t matter I’ve still got x amounts of accounts” NO they eventually all went down.

Always use different information even it’s as simple as a address change as eBay won’t suspended an account with name and date of birth alone.

If they did then my other accounts shouldn’t be running now and ID passing on one of them

the original question was about identical details not about how reasonable it is to use identical details

reasonable or not depends on your business model , total suspension of all accounts with same details does not happen automatically , in order to achieve such a result you would need to have a risky business model

and yes , ebay will suspend an account based solely on full name and DOB if there should be chain suspension of all accounts for that person , address will not be of any help at all as long as name and DOB are identical

Sorry your wrong I sell risky items and have multiple accounts in my name and date of birth but different previous address used on my credit report and accounts are working fine. I’ve tried a made up address with my real name and date of birth suspended and I’ve tried a real address I’ve not been a resident at and suspended.

I wouldn’t dream of creating an account with same name date of birth address twice now. It doesn’t matter if you sell none risky items as I was selling tws headphones on a few accounts same details. Not even a risky item and the account got suspended and so did my others ones after a month later as it was all linked.

you are confusing suspensions of recently opened accounts with suspensions for serious violations. on recent accounts many will be suspended regardless of personal details and risky items , suspensions usually come in waves within 6-8 months after account opening
