Default First sale on eBay

Hi

Does it make any difference what we are selling on eBay for the first item? Before MP we used to sell some cheap stuff for FB first and then step it up. Is that still the case, or can we bang out a sale for a couple hundred quid?

Also, how long does Ebay hold the money for? and do they pay out when tracking shows as soon as tracking king shows as delivered?

Thanks

the security measures are nearly identical to paypal , so do nothing you would not have done on a new paypal account in the past

Yes it does make a difference in what you sell on a new account. Nothing to expensive and nothing to cheap. High risk brand item selling on day 1 is not recommended but it also goes with saying a really low risk item £1 is also not recommended.

eBay will hold the money for 15 days but if you print label with tracking this reduces to 5 days but if customer receives next day then day after funds are in your bank so printing labels and providing tracking is very important to receive funds a lot quicker.
