Default Account Suspension - Need help from Amazon accounts seller here

Our account was suspended for drop shipping but we are not. We were doing retail arbitrage.

We are trying to appeal the suspension. However, after some days, Amazon would ask to re verify identity.

We purchased the account on this platform and tried to ask Beautiful for help but no success.

We need help since Amazon still holds some of our funds. We DID NOT do retail DS but Retail arbitrage.

Any idea how to get a hold of Beautiful ?

Beautiful probably cannot help as you've breached Amazon policy - that's on your head.

Ironically you've got your thinking the wrong way around.

Amazon do not permit retail arbitrage but, if done correctly, do permit dropshipping.

Now you've triggered verification it's going to be very difficult to satisfy them and get your account re-instated. (do NOT pay anyone who says they can)

If you don't then your monies are gone too.

No, Retail arbitrage and fulfill orders on your own do not violate Amazon policy.

Retail Dropshiping is.

okay then, have it your way.

You're on your own, good luck in persuading Amazon they wrongly suspended you and they've misinterpreted their own policies.

Retail arbitrage, Online Arbitrage, Dropship from whole sales suppliers and identify as the only shipper on records do not violate Amazon policies. ( also boxes )

Would like to clarify this. Retail DS is not allowed.

drop shipping related suspensions are tough to get through, I sent you a PM with a discount you can use in the future if you decide to give Amazon another try

sorry I couldn't provide more help with this type of suspension, there may be others in the aspkin/service section that can provide additional advice

Stay away from FBM (Fulfilled by merchant) until your account is at least 3-6 months. Stick to FBA on new accounts

This kind of suspensions has been rampant recently with sellers who were not drosphipping and even purchasing shipping from Amazon.

I know some sellers got reinstated by showing Amazon invoices for their purchases, dropshippers don't have invoices.

If you want to be "safer" from amazon you really gotta do things different and invest in inventory that you have, instead of dropshipping.
