PayPal Account Temporarily limited

got an email saying my friend's PayPal is temporarily limited, the email said we noticed some significant changes to your account activity,

they are wanting 3 tracking numbers which I can provide, only 1 item hasn't shipped yet.

a Photo ID which i have already provided

and last they want a proof of purchase for 1 item from my supplier,

I sold a bicycle for around $540 which could have triggered it, but i haven't sold much on PayPal

I am doing drop shipping on bonanza, this bicycle ships from Walmart so i am trying to figure out what kind of proof of purchase i would need to make to get my account reinstated? there not as strict as ebay so should be pretty easy, don't know if i should make a Amazon Invoice or walmart invoice?

I was going to use a walmart invoice but its alot harder to create I am just making my own invoice from a wholesale store in my area.
