How to claim my pay out back on an suspended account

Hi everyone,

My account has been permanently suspended due to ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ID.

I bought an account in this forum and once the sale hits around £1000,
Ebay asked for ID, then I ask the seller who sold me the account （who promise he can provide ID before I pay for that account).
No surprise, my account been permanently suspended after I submitted the ID and there has £1200 on hold!!! And when I contacted the account seller he said it because I selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items? How does he know that, I am selling branded items indeed but all with receipts all authentic, and I have 100% positive feedback and no any claims. I know Branded item are high risk so I bought this account as back up.
But bad thing still happened and I was too young too naive.

Some people said ebay will return the money back after 30-60 days. Mine has been hold about 2 month now, so I contacted ebay today to ask when can I receive the money, but the representative said they will retain the funds and will not release it!!!
I am more than sad now! Anybody please advise should I keep waiting for the money or should just give up?
Any chance they will release it? Just couldn’t believe this.

if the allegation from eb is that you are selling f*ke items, your funds could be kept from you. Sometimes eb does release it so make sure to keep your bank account active while you work on other accounts....

stealth ID means permanent suspension and the money will not be paid out

you could have changed it to your real name and sent your ID , money would have already been released

Your account is dead I’m afraid it also had nothing to do with the items you were selling it’s down to the ID it won’t pass I’ve tried it and failed I lost £260 I think it was but £1200 is a lot to lose.

If you would of changed details over to your real info with real ID it would of passed I’ve passed accounts switching over to my real ID selling risky branded items so it’s definitely not the items you were selling.

Follow what rsot has said;

had something similar happen on my side too this was when MP was first introduced and i got creative making my own documents lol clearly didn't work and account was permanent suspended however 90 days later or so i ended up getting the funds which were on hold;

its been 2 months you say, id keep waiting, keep the bank account active and just see what happens in the mean time restart the process and just learn from this i guess. Good luck

What items were you selling on the account? We’re they low risk items or high risk items?

Would it work with real details if they are already banned tho? I tried to go legit and setup a new account for MP with real details and a few weeks later it was suspended. If I used and changed to real details with a stealth account wouldn't that get hit to?

Can I ask how long have waited for the funds back? I mean some people get their funds back after 60-90 days, I still hoping they will return my money back.

Late august my stealth account got suspended I don’t think I’ll get the funds back. I’ve left my user account open on my laptop with savings account still active as you never know but I’m not to bothered now if I do it’s a bonus and lesson learnt if not it is what it is doesn’t bother me now as I have other accounts all running very well.

I hope you do get your funds back as £1200 is a lot of money to lose

Were your real details banned pre managed payments? I have an account I recently purchased and its been hit with an ID check. My real details are banned so if I change the account info to real and provide real license. You think it will work?

If your real details are banned with managed payments you can still pass the ID check but use another address on your credit report. Send in your passport take a picture and convert the photo from jpg to pdf I’ve done this and it passed.

low risk items then started to move some branded items but not the super elite stuff yknow

being banned on MP does not automatically mean being banned for all future accounts

it is mostly people with copyright and fraud suspensions whose details are blacklisted

being suspended for not passing verification , random suspensions on recent accounts , suspensions on recent accounts for light performance violations - all this usually allows to open new accounts with same details

Theirs no specific answer but I have sent 2 photos of my passport on 2 previous accounts going back more than 6 months in jpg format and both accounts got suspended.

One account was for a made up address and the other a real address but not an address I’ve been associated with and both failed the ID part.

So I decided to send as pdf with 2 addresses on my credit report and both accounts passed. The second account shocked me the most as the address I lived at was around 5 or 6 years ago.
