Did ebay stop feedback removal through chat? Only by call?

I contacted ebay UK for feedback removal but they told they have to call me for feedback removal. They stopped removing through chat.
Is this true? If yes is there any workaround for this other than phone call?

yes they dont remove on chat only if the feedback breach their policy

There is "Report this buyer" link on that feedback but it has never worked for me on previous feedback removals.

I would be pleased if you can share another way.
