Account limited. Must pay money

Tell me please. Created a new account. I sold 2 lots worth $1000. The buyers paid for the goods, I sent the parcels and sent the track numbers.
A few days later, eBay restricted my support account and they wrote me that they will only consider my restoration when buyers leave me positive feedback.

Question: In a week I should be paid money for my payoner (at least it says so in my ebay) Will I be paid this money or will I have a "surprise" in a week? Has anyone come across? Thank you.

I am beginning to hate egay, almost as much as gaypal. Sorry to hear this happened to you, I have heard of egay suspending accounts linked to Payoneer, hope this is not the case....
