Going etsy stealth.

Before opening a new etsy account, do I need to create browser history cookies
To establish IP address’ reliability and not create suspicious?

To fallow same as in ebay?

i would spend time on the platform before selling but i'm not an etsy pro - perhaps wait for other experts on etsy to post on the thread.

Yes you should browse around, favorite some shops and items. I've found a lot of Etsy shops get frozen after registration, and you will need to email support for them to reactivate.
