Wow sounds very good creating your own scripts but why exactly would you want to do this?
Yes of course think of the old days when you first started selling you did just that!
If someone is looking closly at your act they can see all your activity & every link you have clicked on. Not sure how long it is kept for though?

In my personal opinion it is not much worth the effort. If someone look closely at your account will see that always same links and pages are visited... could sniff a BOT... could cause suspicious...?

...if anything goes wrong with your implementation, or during beta phase, you would risk one or more account for that?

Just keep your cookies in the browser an do some search from time to time, I do not think it would make any difference.

I would not implement an automatic script on Ebay pages... too risky.

If you want automated browsing history I can suggest AutoIt and use the au3record to record yourself on a new account, a basic example would be something like;

click search box
type in gaming mouse
click first item
pause for 5-10 secs
go back
click second item
pause for 5-10 secs
go back
click third item
pause for 5-10 secs

then repeat the same thing with a new search phrase, as many times as you want.

After you're done you can save the autoit script and as long as the browser is in the same location/size as when you recorded it, it'll do the same thing over again via recorded mouse clicks and key strokes.
