Competitor Submitting False Trademark Infringement Reports

Have an Etsy shop with over 5000 sales. Been getting multiple trademark reports from a competitor; know for sure it's not the actual trademark owner. Got final warning today from Etsy Legal. Pretty retarded for Etsy to allow competitor reporting when they already have a brand portal available for trademark owners.

Should I just close down and restart with a stealth account? Can I use the same name on the stealth account so existing customers recognize it? Or will Etsy link the original and stealth accounts.

can you take down those reported listings to cool down your account then make a new account in the mean time?
