Payment Holds After 90 Days

Just wanted to ask in 2023 for update

Regardless of whether you have sold an item or not, After 3 Months are the payment hold on higher value items removed automatically or not. I know on lower items its gradual after tracking is uploaded

So after 90 days is everything removed regardless

I've not known it to have such a long hold, Maximum I've experienced is 30 days.
On suspended accounts payouts are after 60 days so I'm guessing there won't be any holds longer than 60 days.

172 days is longest hold

The time of 3 months does not begin until you sold your first item, and if you sell something under $100 then $1,000+ in 3 months from now chances or you will still have a hold placed. If you sold 100 items under $100 then 3 months from now sold something worth $1000 probability wise it won't be held.
