Default Are payment holds released after seller accounts are 90 days old?

Just wondering if anyone who has had the payment holds, will they be removed when the account is 90 days old?

.................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ......

I done some searching and basically it depends on alot of different factors.

Feedback, DSR, Item, Price,Shipping Destination, etc

I think the norm is 180 days unless you kick up a fuss. It makes more sense for them to hold your money aslong as possible. Try the ombudsman, then complain about their final response. They sent me their final response via email I didnt receive the letter but in the email it contained somebody else's email address, I 'suggested' that they have breached the DPA and a few days later I received an email stating they will release half of my balance and the rest in a month. So it is worth a moan. I dont know if it was the DPA thing or my other suggestions that prompted them but who cares???

Paddymac, he means the temporary 21 day hold of funds.

I have a few different accounts and the factors seem to vary greatly. Usually after 60+ feedback and 90+ days and 4.7+ DSR's the holds stop.

I only have 1 account with the 21 day hold now, it has 50 F/B, 90+ days and 4.7+ DSR's... Around this time the payment holds stop, so hopefully soon on this account.
