If I cancel a transaction, the negative vote is eliminated?
A buyer has left me a negative feedback but has not contacted me or opened any dispute.
In the transaction there is an option to cancel. Is it supposed that if I cancel the order the negative vote disappears?

If you Cancel the order the buyer will get refunded. Negative feedback does not get automatically removed unless you are a big corporate seller on ebay like Best Buy.
What is the dollar value of the item you sold?

If the buyer has paid you then eBay considers feedback is the buyers experience, the only time you can remove any feedback is if the purchaser has not paid you and leaves feedback and you cancel the sale after the prescribed time for non payment (different times in different countries) and within 30 days of the sale.
