Default Cancel a transaction

If you cancel a transaction that the buyer has already paid for, do you get ALL final value fee's back, including listing fee, percentage fee, etc? Like if they charged 10 percent in addition to listing fee's, do you get all that back?

I think you only get the Final Value Fees back.

Damn...What if the buyer does not pay for a fixed priced listing...I don't see why the seller should pay for the listing it was the buyers fault for not paying

It's always been that way, Only FVF is refunded for NPB or cancelled sales.

Well the seller does have a responsibiity to attempt to get the buyer to pay.

If an account has more than one buyer not pay, then the seller needs to re-do the selling plan.

Control selling as far as possible. Be efficient

Only FVF - not initial listing fee - always has been the case.
