payoneer has been finished on ebay for several years , it is only accepted in designated countries
in the usual MP countries where bank account has to be linked payoneer is banned , even it could be added , for example if payoneer change their bank details which would not be blocked on ebay then ebay would restrict all such accounts later as payoneer is banned and if such a restrictions comes it will be impossible to pass it with payoneer on file

but i prefer different banks
