Payoneer may block your account after registration. It rarely happens but it may happen. If you register payoneer through eBay, I have no ideas what will be happened.

I'd never do anything through ebay if I had the choice not to

I am very interested in this for Europe.
I do dropshipping. I sell in USD, I buy the goods in USD. If I have to go USD - EUR - USD I will get absolutely raped on fees. If I pass those fees along to my customer, I will not be the cheapest seller anymore. Extremely problematic situation. Might even have to go the Delaware route (US company + account), or set up in The Philippines (Payoneer in USD).

Hello, I would suggest dont use payoneer anymore, because ebay dont like it, and mostly dont letting add payoneer bank in EUR, in USD I dont know but in EUR they not supporting payoneer bank. I would use wise better.
