Managed payments ID action required

Hello guys,

I am new to the forum. I am selling on ebay for about 2 years.
I registered for managed payments before 4-5 days and today when I made my 1st sell I received a message action required please update your indentity details.
I make a picture of my ID national card and went to ebay to upload it.
However there isnt an option to upload ID card but only driver license and passport. Unfortunately I have only ID because I am not a driver.
I tried to contact ebay but I couldnt find any phones to do so.
