For manage payment of eBay the name of the account must match the name of the bank account ?

Or Can I put a bank account that does not match the name of the account of eBay?

In my experience, yes. Best to match. They may limit or suspend you in the future to verify it.

You can in the US and UK have account names entered into MP that does not match the names on the bank accounts. MP can not verify the name to the accounts in these countries.

You can mismatch the names , it's never been a problem
