Dear friends, I am looking to create a Payoneer account and already have an ID. However, I am uncertain if it is mandatory to link a bank account to my Payoneer account in order to use it with eBay, as well as to send and receive money from other Payoneer accounts after receiving funds from eBay. You can link any bank account not necessary with your name ) For withdrawing you can add many banks to payoneer after registration.
