Do rights owners get notified if your appeal has been accepted?

I know in the past, rights owners weren't notified if their infringement claim was appealed, but it's been a long time since I've filed any IPV claims and a lot has changed since then. Now when you receive an IPV claim you receive the message the rights owner put in when filing the claim. So my question is do they receive any kind of notification that their claim was appealed, or the message that you put in when you appealed the claim?

WE don't get notified but we have people who actively look for listings 24/7.
And when we find out it's appealed, we double down.

it is doubtful though if it plays any role as far as amazon are concerned because they record all supposed infringements and can easily suspend due to multiple records even if they were appealed
