Paypal appeal refused - Documents not accepted?

I had a stealth paypal account which I was trying to verify before the £1650 limit with ID.

However, 1 month later, I got an email saying paypal appeal refused and the paypal account is limited. Reason being that I went over the £1650 limit.

But the account had no money or bank account attached. The only thing i did with the account was submit the documents.

Was it because the documents were rejected? Or could it be any other reason? Because it didn't specifically say anywhere that the documents were rejected

was this an account you created yourself or did you purchase it?

If you call PayPal they may or may not give you a reason. But if your appeal was refused, then it is probably better to just move on to the next one. You might also want to check your source when it comes to the documents. Because I am guessing they didn't look very good.

Documents were refused and paypal did not like the business model.
