Ebay Action needed: More info required to release your payouts

Hello Everyone, Ebay asked me to update my information. I have a real SSN but the account is under my Aunt's name. Should I update my name also ? Will it red flag because I updated my name ? Will my account got suspended ?

It seems like Ebay wants me to confirm the SSN but I already had my SSN there. I am worry because the SSN and name are not matching. Can't pass the verify step.

they want you to either change your SSN or change the name.
they have to match

they also can ask to see back and front of the SSN card

The SSN is yours? Then use your name.

she would if she can,she cant as she has been suspended.
If she uses her mother SSN,then her mother would get a 1099K.
Best is to use her SSN and name and try to figure tax situation .

I was thinking to do that. But I read some of the postings here said changing the name will raise a red flag.

I would go ahead and put the correct details in as you will lose the account if you do not do this.
