Account details change

Hello guys,
ive had my ebay account for around 7 years now, good feedback history,
Would i be able to change my name and D.O.B (FIRST AND LAST NAME)
same address, would i be suspended?

ill be able to confirm the details but i do not know if this action would lead to the suspension of my account

I doubt you will be able to do that on a personal selling account as they are non transferable and by changing name and DOB that is what you are trying to do. Trying to do that would raise suspicion on the account and suspension.

What if I were to change my account to a business account?, I reached the maximum threshold of the country I’m selling In, I want to change the details on the account so I can register for VAT with the right name and details, I cannot use the details I’m using on the account to register for the company or VAT

What have you got to lose by trying if you can't use the account going forward.

How many times has it been said on this forum that pre-MP accounts have a fair bit of flexibility when it comes to amendments.

That said, if you have a set of personal info that you think will be acceptable, why not open a new account with them?

Registering as a business account would be OK so long as you do it as a LTD or LLC, whatever your country uses and register for VAT that way.

Or as Hank suggested open another eBay account in your own name.

So if i Switch my account to a business account, Change the name and D.O.B on the account there,
would be a chance i could walk away without any suspensions or the worse for me would be to verify the id?

Also i have very good history on the account i sell high ticket items and it would be difficult for me to start from scratch with a new account
