Family member acc with different ein

Hi guys, here is the scenario

Account owner would be a family member
Every info would match with the account owner
Credit card included, except these two info

1- EIN
2- bank account for deposits (commercial, name would match with the EIN)

So here is an another example

Name of the account owner
Adam Jacob

Name of the C corp owner for EIN :
Benjamin Derek

Name on the business entity file is
Benjamin Derek

Any thoughts ? Thanks

bank will allow deposits in different names...usually - what bank are you using?

The bank part should be ok. If you are worried about the EIN, you can ask Ben to add your name as manager and when he registers the business with the state, he can add your name as manager there too.

Awesome, so there will be 2 names listed in the business entity file in this case ? Ben's and Adam. did I get it right ? and as long as the name of the account owner appears on business entity file, etsy would be ok with that ?
