Default EBay UK say they’re holding funds indefinitely?

So eBay UK are telling me they’re holding my funds indefinitely due to being unable to verify my information that was provided?

They’re now just closing chats on me, how are they allowed to do this?

“ Due to not being able to verify the information that was provided, any funds not already paid out will be retained by eBay as required by law.”

Looks like you have lost it, it is important to have a good ID lined up with docs when you open a stealth account.

No, I did not.

They asked me to send my verification again, and I ignored because the account was suspended. Now they’re saying as they’re unable to verify, they’re able to keep the funds.

Usually, after 2 months, eBay will send the money back to the linked bank account.

There’s no where to upload the documents, and eBay support are being useless saying just do it through my account. However, I can’t access that as the account is suspended.
