card details for paypal - ebay make offer

Hi there does anyone have any advise I buy a lot on ebay UK using paypal however ebay have now made the make an offer system require immediate payment and it requires a card on file, my ebay and paypal account are in the same name would a VCC work or any other ideas?

Paypal also issues credit and debit cards,why cant you just get one?
In USA,if you get the debit card which taps your Paypal fund,then bank fund,gives you a 1% cash rebate

thanks for the response, seems I would have to upgrade to a business account to apply for a paypal card, the accounts are not in my name so I am not sure this would work

the 1% cash back Paypal debit card may not be available in UK,but other MC/VISA should.
Dont know much about getting a card in other people name??

If its for purchasing eBay don't care if the name on the card does not match the account when buying.

Just add your card to the PayPal

Make sure the card address and the PayPal address matches and carry on

He is using Paypal,Ebay wont even know whose card he is using via Paypal
