Hello, Has anyone ever received their funds before the 60-72 days with a restricted account? Just wondering, I'm probably like 30-something days in waiting for my funds to be released from my permanently restricted ebay account that I had for 13 years...have about 4.9k in my account on available

You can get it on the 30 day mark. Its rare but it does happen now and then
Depends on why the account was limited

I think this was due to my sellers performance, I had some unexpected things happen that delayed my orders, had to cancel a good number of my orders and refund a few, and a couple of disputes too that I instantly resolved... This was literally my 3rd or 4th MC011 on this account and passed each time but this one, had it for 13 years.

You are just going to have to wait - hopefully will come before 60 days...

Also, does refunded and canceled orders count as the "last order" or only the ones that weren't canceled or refunded?

Are you desperately in need of the funds?

I’ve been watching this thread and other threads on here about the mc011 suspension and release of funds, I had my account suspended with £5700 in funds which thankfully got sent to my bank today 51 days since final suspension email, eBay won’t be used by me ever again so long term I will be saving more money
Thank goodness it’s come to a end as it has been very stressful
