Newbie Amazon UK Item Not Received Advice
Hi,
Newbie UK Amazon seller - just sold my 3rd item which I posted myself. The customer claims the item has not been delivered. I shipped the item via Royal Mail 2nd class and although Royal Mail say this is not a tracked service they do confirm delivery via the unique ID. I bought the shipping via Amazon and the unique ID states the item has been delivered.
What are the chances Amazon will take my side on this case or do I need to refund as I will lose any case the customer puts forward?
I have also checked with the customer that the delivery address is correct.
