No License Key

Hi all, I've tried messaging on the Stealth website but I haven't received an answer in over a week. I'm trying to subscribe to the forums here but I don't have a license key even though I am in the user section of Stealthbook and I'm paying 19.99 per month. Anyone else have this issue or know how to reach someone to receive my license key? Thank you.
