ebay threatens to suspend my account tomorrow

Hi everyone
ebay wants me to upgrade to a business type account to the same person but I told them I can do it under my brother's name but they don't accept it so they will suspend my account in 3 days (tomorrow it is ending).
What if I close the account before they suspend what happens?
Can I use the same phone number or other infos in the future for another account?

i doubt you will be able to close it.

using same info on other accounts would cause linking...which could lead to more problems

If opening another account is your only option why not do it using your brothers details?

happens all the time , at least in some countries like EU

You cannot really close an account and walk away, the email address will be linked to that account with the details provided. Any attempt to reuse the info on another account will get it suspended.

No. Once your info is entered it won't go away
