Using a best friend's eBay and Paypal accounts?

My eBay seller account was permanently "suspended" a couple of years ago. I now want to begin selling some of my personal belongings on eBay. I have a long-time best friend who lives minutes away, who has both eBay and Paypal accounts, in good standing, although he hasn't used either account in at least five years.

He has given me permission to use his accounts to help get me back to selling on eBay. I plan on planting a spare "clean" laptop at his house and using Google Chrome Remote Desktop from my computer at home to access eBay and Paypal on the laptop at his address.

Should this work sufficiently to maintain proper stealth?

There's no PayPal now for selling, Ebay is managing payments (in case you didn't know)

Could be a good option, or you can set up a stealth account

I wonder if you can just use your own computer ,what would Ebay have about you?
Your IP address cant be the same as years ago and you are using his account and his name,you can use your own home for shipping address.
People move around,you could have left and your friend moves in?
But then there is the phone number?
MP would want your or his SSN and a bank account .
