You need a US phone number that works internationally for WhatsApp Business. Google Voice is a good option. It's free for calls and texts within the US, and you can use it from anywhere with an internet connection. Just make sure to check WhatsApp's terms to be sure Google Voice numbers are okay to use with their business service.
