Does IP matter after account creation?

I am wondering if I create my account at a different location and new device, under a different name and under a business account, afterwards if all goes well, can I log into the account on my PC at home which I previously used for an account that got banned?

Because it is Etsy, I'd treat them like amazon, so no. Unless you format your computer, but I'd still use just 1 dedicated computer.

The problem is where is that dedicated computer?if it is not at his home and does not belong to him?
may be get a new computer and change your provider,would that get you a new IP ADDRESS?

I would not risk this unless you go new computer and new IP (just to be safe) at home

The PC im using now is not the same as the one i used to manage my etsy account, but I did log into it AFTER it was banned, on this PC. I am wondering if you think that would make a difference?

The answer to your first thread is no, do not use the same computer to log in from home, also you need a new IP address so unless you can get the IP address of your router changed, you need to hot spot your mobile phone.
