back my restricted account for no reason

Hello everyone, Something strange has happened and I have yet to find an explanation for it
I had an account created since August, and after listing the first item, it was permanently restricted. I have contacted support twice and they told me that they cannot reverse this decision and that the account will remain permanently restricted and when I log into the account it is restricted. Then after that, I forgot about it and lost hope of recovering the account. The strange thing about it is that when I entered this account today, I found it complete, without restrictions, and without a problem with it. It was restored and there are no messages from support saying that they restored my account, but my account is having no problem at all. What is this really? I don't understand anything about what happened. Is there an explanation for that?Also, if I insert an item again, will it be restricted? Please help from experts?
