Stripe operates in 40+ countries , you should have no problem to just sign up as long as your country is listed.

Stripe is a credit card processor. It will be near impossible to do stealth I would think.

Generally the ideal is that you have your own account.
But if it's not possible, at least try to find a reputable seller so you can get a stealth account.

Buying Stripe accounts should NEVER be an option!
Be careful, the amounts of scammers that are "selling" Stripe accounts are so big.
Do NOT buy Stripe accounts, most of them are registered on stolen docs.

Opening a stripe account via a supported country is safer than buying one.

there are a lot of legal methods to open your own Stripe account, some people just don't know and they think it's easier to buy
