Some concerns about international eBay Accounts

I see many sellers are offering international eBay accounts ( UK, Sri Lanka, Morocco ... ) on the forum. Is that different from a US eBay account? I have previously used a US account and only conducted transactions within the US. Are international accounts listed and sold as efficiently as US accounts? Is it easy to get suspended or restricted? Can we use it for a long time, maybe 2-3 years?

They are different based on requirements - US accounts and pesky SSN identification, etc makes it a bit more difficult for account sellers I figure...

you will have a hard time making these accounts legit. not unless....

2-3 years+ operation is possible but will depend a lot on what and how sales are

yes, all accounts (in different countries) are equal. you just have to maintain good selling performance.

If you have a non US account and list on Ebay.com,what do you put as item location and ship from and return shipping locations?
also can you link a non US bank account?and in what currency?
