 Some concerns about creating out of home country stealth accounts.
American here!  I am aware that each country/region site has a unique governance, so is there any reason why I may choose one over the others (for ex. Canada, UK, EU). Also, are there any drawbacks to doing stealth this way? Wouldn't linking and withdrawing to a US bank account raise red flags? I'm asking because even though I've read the guide and browsed the forums, the info is often contradictory, vague, and/or out of date info. I just want to make sure I'm doing this the right way, so sorry if this question has already been thoroughly answered before.
