I bought a few items yesterday,surprised how good the site is,and third party sellers,prompt email notification and follow up.
Take a look

Yes,years ago ,it is a pain to sign up and list items,I sold one item and the buyer wants to return it.
It was manned by an Indian firm,SEARS did not pay them so they withdrew support.
Now it is back,new look,easier to navigate and prompt email

I think there is a monthly fee and FVF is quite high

I was a seller here for a few months years ago - a royal pain in the $$$ to get approved and had no sales. I quit and never went back. I wish it had more traffic

May be some one bought it and pumped some money into it,
