I want get info are on these days every new paypal gets limited? They asking my selfie, delivery info, supplier info when I received good and service payment and amount dont care, it can be 10$ or 100$?
Does anyone getting same problem or only me getting this?

how do you create your pp account - are you using good quality IP?

how big was the first payment?

i tested in few countries, every time same result
i receiving it 3-4days or in month, dont care, same result every time

It is a very common practice of Paypal, with old and new accounts lately.
There have been many limitations in recent months, always requesting the same thing.

3 solutions or three things to do_
1.- do not use paypal, avoid using it. but if that is not possible, use the other two options.
2.- Always withdraw the money and do not leave a lot of money on the platform.
3.- have good documents such as invoices, DL, SSN

It looks you dont understand me. They receiving account after I get any payment

I don’t get limitations maybe because I get money from old trusted people but I can’t create them anymore always ask for selfie

You must find another paypal account country where you will not get any limitation when you get goods/service payment to your new paypal account. This still work on some countries....

Once he receives payments, paypal put account on limitation and requesting for selfie and other docs.

The best thing you can do if you have money withheld is to take a photo of yourself and ask someone to make you an identity document with that photo, print it and do the process friend
