Restrictions Of 3 And 7 Days

Hi forum,

The restrictions of 3, 7 or 10 days without being able to sell. Do they delete over time or do they remain permanently in your account?

really not sure for now.since they start bot removal vero listings from last year I ve seen after 3 days then in next month it jump back to just warning no restrictions on my account.and after 7 days jump back to 3 days after 2 months.it seems totally random now on each accounts.

and I think they relaxed these vero restrictions/suspensions now.since bot acting not human .human agent remove after reporting. I ve seen bot clean up a whole bundle of listings in one night.everyone who sell this thing get removed .nobody survive. image how many sellers get these warnings everyday?if they still suspend account like before they are looking at kicking 30%-40% sellers out I Bet?

If you make another offense after the 7 days, you'll be suspended indefinitely

thats false information.so all your accounts get suspension after 7 days notices? cant believe that .not what I experienced in recent years at least

I believe on new accounts only sold a few and top-rated aged accounts that bottom line will be 100% different

Since when did OP mention anything about vero? Could be just a generic removal for a prohibited item or listing violation.

Don't know where you jump to a vero removal.

Mad much aren't you. It's posted in the eBay discussion. no mention of a vero in this.

With eBay's bots going haywire these days, they remove any listing that isn't vero related.

FYI: counterfeit's aren't directly related to VERO either. I get them and they aren't related to any owner's property.

VeRo restrictions are carried out as follows:
3 days
7 days
10 days
If you reach a 10-day restriction you could lose the account, generally if you have 7 days of restrictions you should simply stop selling that product. don't expect to arrive within 10 days
On the other hand, it is also true that some accounts will generally be suspended after the first 3 days.

your account is not permanently marked and it does not always work like this: warning + 3 days + 7 days + etc.

more established sellers may receive multiple on each , sellers with less selling history may get suspended fast , for example after the warning

a typical picture for an established seller would be multiple warnings without consequences

but in general if you get restricted for 3 days and do not receive any more complaints it will not lead to 7 days if you receive a new complaint after 12+ months but is likely to lead to 3 days again

If you get a 7 day suspension and you re offend... yes, You'll get a perm ban.

There were times it happens after a 5 day suspension.

Both

They will always be on the account but if enough time passes you can end up getting a 7 day again

It depends on the account as to how much time has to pass - but for the month part 3 to 6 months

You can check all your Vero restriction. Go to appeal defects and policy violation settings and you will see it. Not sure but i think vero restriction last for 90 days

3-6 months seems to be the consensus to work on
