Verify your account details - DVLA address check or just credit history?
I have the standard Verify your account details with ID, on an aged account which I created using the change of bank address trick.
I can change my address back again for a while so the credit check should pass fine.
My DL however is and always has been registered to my real address as you'd expect. Does anyone know if they verify the DL number linked with the DVLA to also check the address matches what's written on the card?
Or will the DL pass fine provided I make the address printed on the card appear the same as the credit verified address?
My instincts say that if they are prepared to accept a passport which doesn't provide any address information then it may not matter than the DVLA address doesn't match.
Thanks
