lot of posts about this - some ppl like selling right away but i prefer bidding for a few weeks before selling - i bid on physical items lie cheap cards or other low end items - can be from us or china, doesn't matter to me
It’s not necessary to buy items before you list you can go ahead a list cheap physical unbranded item under $10 after you build some cookies for 5-7 days at least

You can if you want to but I personally dont think there is much advantage to it and buying a bunch of cheap items can just harm the account
